The Medics: Diary of a Six Year Old Me

“Today, I woke up, brushed my teeth, ate four weet-bixes….”

I don’t know why when I was six years old I felt that was worth writing about, I mean, what am I supposed to feel when I look back and read it now? Should I be proud that I could eat four weet-bix at the age of six? Should feel ashamed that I didn’t get changed before I went to eat breakfast? Should I realise that I’ve been brushing my teeth before eating breakfast for most of my life? Or should I not give a rat’s ass? Why are you still here anyway? Life’s mysteries….

Anyway, here’s a band from Cairns, Queensland called The Medics (not to be confused with The Medics from the Netherlands, who are also very good :D)
